We are introducing a grand-prix project which decides the most brilliant project, “King of Handai”!

There are four genres: In-facility(CELAS), In-facility(Others) and Outdoor, Stage performances, and Food stalls.

The most attractive project of all and the most voted project will be rewarded by us!

You can vote through our website or QR code in the project booth. You can hold our lottery depending on how many times you voted! Please vote for your favorite and catch the moment!

This project makes this Festival more diverse by competing.

Visitors can play a lottery depending on a number of votes about attractiveness you made.

During the festival, you can vote from the detail page of each project.

Interim Result

Around 19:00 on 1st day and 2nd day, we’ll announce TOP three projects of each genre and of all. However, Stage Performances will NOT be in interim results.

Final Result

Around 18:00 on the final day, we will announce the winning project of each genre and three most voted projects of all.

Depending on how many times you voted, you can hold our lottery. Win the prizes!

We will be holding the lottery campaign at Ishibashi and Shibahara Information.
